We offer two different relationship options for our customers:
- As needed repairs & consulting - This type of relationship is geared towards businesses or home office workers that require little support. We might talk with these customers once or twice per year. They just want someone who will respond quickly when something breaks.
- Continuous support with or without regular office visits - This type of relationship is for businesses that require support on a regular basis. Some customers have visits scheduled on a quarterly basis, four times a year. Other businesses require remote server administration once per week. Our larger customers have enough work to require a technician two or more days per week. We offer full time IT department support for part time wages. That's a win-win for most businesses.
